TERMS & CONDITIONS


A. General

 

When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately. 

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.

 

B. Privacy Policy

We collect information that is needed for the registration procedure at our website. The information that we collected are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us.

 

ii. Personal Identification Details

Your personal identification details are used to process your order, customised your profile information, update your status of online shopping and also to update you with our latest news, promotion and events.

 

iii. Confidentially

Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers will be kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal contents without giving prior notice to our customer.

 

iv. Confidentially

We will apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customer’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However, kindly bear in mind that information transmitted through internet is not 100% guaranteed safe and secure.

 

C. Terms of Sale

 

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.     All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2.     Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after dispatch. At any point after the parcel leaves the physical store with our courier, if you wish to exchange the received item, you should return all goods associated with the parcel to us (which we will inspect first) or walk in to our physical store. Any stocks kept by the customer will not be refunded.

3.     Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to the delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

4.     If your order is accepted we will inform and notify you by email.

5.     When you placing an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised used of the credit or; and debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

6.     Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after dispatch. At, any point after the parcel leaves the Storehouse with our courier, if you wish to cancel the order and receive your money back, you will be required to receive and return all goods associated with the parcel to us (which we will inspect first) or walk in to our physical boutique. Any stocks kept by the customer will not be refunded.

 

D. Return Item

 

We do not serve for any refund request.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders).

For exchange purpose, you can only change with other product of same design, same colour and type of a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods provided.

Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must notify us via our helpline careline 011 1098 8198

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.

 

E. Defects & Non Performance Item

 

If any of your items received are defect which caused during the our production process, we are guarantee in giving you exchange & discount if only if the item meet these requirements :

1.     The product should be UNUSED, UNWASHED and product tags with labels should be intact as per original packaging.

2.     Product defect is not caused by the customer.

3.     Customer must inform Deenara Team within 3 days from the date of the item received.

In the event that the the complaints unable to be resolved within customer requested time frame, you may head directly to our Headquater in Bangi (location given in contact us section)

F. Delivery

 

1.     Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak will be charge as according to our official courier service Ninja Van & Poslaju Flat  Rate.

2.     We will deliver the product as according to the delivery address requested by customer. Delivery process may takes around 1 - 3 days from the purchase date.

3.     We shall notify you if we expect some delay in meeting our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss, costs, lialbilities, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

4. Customer may contact our Headquater directly in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the product, it it's needed.
