  • All Sales are Final. 
  • No cash refund except for no-stock item(s)
  • No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item. But, we are willing to help you on your exchange.
  1. Eligibility for Exchanges
  • Products must be purchased directly from the Deenara website or authorized retailers.
  • Exchanges are only accepted within 5 days from the date of item delivered.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. 
  • Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any included accessories.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the exchange is approved, we will do an exchange within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
